Thank you for your support of me, migraine advocacy and local migraine research right here in Burlington, VT.
This is my 4th year spearheading the Miles for Migraine Burlington event. While I am disappointed that we won't be able to gather together in person, I am hopeful that this means more people will be able to participate. I have lived with migraine for the past 32 years. In the last 10 years, I developed Chronic Migraine (more than 15 days of migraine attacks per month) and now live with daily attacks. It's an exciting time in migraine advocacy as more drugs and devices are being approved for treatment. Unfortunately, nothing has been beneficial for me yet, but I continue to hold hope that my work will drive change and make it easier for people living with this awful disease.
