My Story…
Migraine has been my invisible companion for more than 50 years. While research is improving, migraine does not get the attention it demands compared to other neurological disorders or diseases.
The burden is great on our communities, mentally , emotionally and financially. My migraine journey turned chronic in the last 3+ years. I trial many approaches from holistic to western medicine practices just to have a “good day. I am grateful for the Miles for Migraine community. They guide people who experience migraine directly with support groups, education, and advocacy training. They add our voices to organizations fighting policies that impact access to individualized "just right" medical approaches.
Please donate to keep the good work moving forward.
We have miles to go.
